Music Opportunities

The King’s Choir presents choral anthems on a regular basis to enhance worship and amplify the message of the Scripture. The choir sings in worship most Sundays during the school year and rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 7:45-8:45 pm in our choir room. If you have questions or would like to join the choir, contact the church office and we will get you in touch with the King’s Choir director, Lyn Campbell.

The Joyful Noise Bells is Christ the King’s active hand bell choir. Besides enhancing worship through musical offerings once a month, the Joyful Noise Bells regularly participate in community events, including giving musical offerings in local care centers and participating in annual events including the White Bear Lake Ecumenical Thanksgiving Service and Bell Fest. The Joyful Noise Bells practice on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 pm during the school year. If you have questions or would like to join the choir, contact the church office and we will get you in touch with the Joyful Noise Bells director, Lyn Campbell.

The Cherub Choir provides children (3 years through 3rd grade) the opportunity to participate in worship through regular musical offerings. The choir practices after Sunday School on Sunday mornings during the school year. If you have questions about Cherub Choir, please contact us.

The King’s House Band leads and enriches the Praise Worship Services by providing song and music that praise God and amplify the message of the scripture. Membership in the King’s House Band is subject to the instrumentation and vocal needs of the group and requires an audition. Contact the church office with questions.

Special Music offerings happen regularly in worship. Volunteers provide special vocal and/or instrumental offerings to enhance worship. If you are interested in providing special music during a worship service, contact the church office and we will get you in touch with Betsy Murray, organist at Christ the King.
